These Terms govern use of zmiopmk.com and purchases from Zmiopmk, a storefront operated by 晟達恆通商貿有限公司. By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the site.

Store use

You must use the store lawfully, be legally capable of entering the transaction and provide accurate, current information. You may not interfere with store security, access another customer account, introduce malicious code, infringe rights or use store content to mislead others.

Products, prices and descriptions

We aim to describe products, available choices, materials and package contents accurately. Screen and lighting conditions can affect color. Availability and prices may change before an order is accepted. The checkout total shown before submission controls the price for that order, subject to correction of an obvious error before acceptance.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept it by sending an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may reject, limit or cancel an order before acceptance for stock, listing or pricing errors, failed authorization, fraud concerns, legal restrictions or suspected unauthorized resale. If a paid order is cancelled, the amount collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery, returns and refunds

The Shipping & Delivery and Return & Refund policies form part of these Terms. Please review them before ordering. Risk of loss passes as provided by applicable law and the agreed delivery arrangement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a mandatory remedy for faulty, unsafe, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods.

Intellectual property

Store text, layout, logos, graphics and original materials belong to Zmiopmk, its operator or licensors and may not be commercially copied, republished or used to mislead others without permission or another lawful basis. Product and service names belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services and links

The store uses Shopify and may use payment, analytics, fulfilment, shipping, support and advertising providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for an independent third-party site merely because the store links to it, but this does not limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms and disputes relating to the store or a purchase are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s place of residence. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, meaning a customer may retain any right to bring a claim in another forum that applicable law requires.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms when the store, products or legal requirements change. Changes apply when published and do not remove rights relating to an order already accepted. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
